Established in 1993, Parsec is a privately owned South African company, with currently 86 employees, of which 35 are highly qualified electronic engineers. With market expertise in defense (Image processing, RADAR signal processing, high-speed communication links), industrial (communication controllers, including gas sensing and monitoring controllers, power metering) and telecommunications (Laser communication links, GPS/GSM applications), Parsec services include:
- Engineering services in the form of turnkey solutions, outsourced design and development, as well as outsourced PCB design
- Solutions based on in-house developed products and value-added engineering services to develop customer specific applications
